25. The E. R. Emerson Trophy for Extra-curricular Activities
This trophy is given in memory of Mrs. Esther Ridyard Emerson, the mother of Mr. G. C. Emerson, who was a teacher of History and English from 1964 to 1972 and then Vice Principal until 1984. He rejoined the College as an English teacher in 1986 and became Careers Master in 1990, serving until his retirement in 2000.
