The Most Reverend Dr. Kwong, Archbishop Emeritus of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, was the first Chinese Bishop of Hong Kong and the first Archbishop and Primate of Hong Kong Sheung Kung Hui. He is an alumnus of the College and was the College Council Chairman from 1981 to 2006. | ||||||
