SPC and SPCAA Mentorship Scheme for Class of 2021

The Inauguration of the Mentorship Programme for the Class of 2021 was successfully held in the school hall last Saturday, 26 January. The programme, jointly organised by the College and the SPC Alumni Association, aims to connect current Form 4 students with their alumni mentors for advice on their further studies and career choices.

The morning meeting began with interesting ice-breaking games led by Lau Lam Hung Benson (F.7 Class of 2011) and Poon Chi Hong Brandon (F.7 Class of 2013), followed by an interactive session on university studies conducted by Mr. Alex Wong, our Careers Master, and Mr. Roger Lo.

The students, in groups of 10 to 12, had the opportunity to meet and chat with their respective mentors. We boast a strong team of 40 alumni mentors – from university undergraduates to established and aspiring professionals— for this year’s cohort of students.

For 15 years running since its inception in 2004, the mentorship programme has brought immense benefit to our students, with our alumni helping their mentees in their career and life planning. The College is grateful to and also very proud of all the alumni mentors, past and present, who have unstintingly offered their assistance with their wealth of experience and expertise.
