English Debate Team Enters Quarter-Final of Inter-school Debating Competition 

SPC English Debate Team enters Quarter Final of Inter-school Debating 
Competition on Harbourfront Issues after successfully arguing against the 
motion “Economic benefits should be the priority consideration for 
harbourfront enhancement” on 26 April 2014.
