Mathematical Modelling Competition for Secondary students 2024

The award ceremony for the "Mathematical Modelling Competition for Secondary School Students" was held on 29 July 2024. Organized by the Department of Mathematics and Information Technology at The Education University of Hong Kong, this competition was commissioned by the Education Bureau as part of the "Programme on Promoting Mathematical Modelling for Teachers and Students in Secondary Schools." Participants applied mathematical modeling and problem-solving skills to address real-world scenarios.

We extend our congratulations to Shek Chi Chung (6B), Chow Hon Ho Brian (6C), and Ng Cheuk Him (5C) for securing the First Runner-Up position in the Senior Secondary Group. Their achievements reflect their hard work and dedication, and we hope their success inspires other students in their pursuit of excellence in mathematics.
