Canstruction® Hong Kong - One CAN Make a Difference

St. Paul’s College is going to join the charity event “Canstruction® Hong Kong” organised by Food Angel. Combining creativity, team spirit and philanthropic mind, our students not only raise canned food or donations but also a wider awareness of people in need across Hong Kong.  They will showcase their talents by designing a giant sculpture made entirely out of canned foods.  At the close of the exhibitions, all of the food used in the structures will be donated to local food banks for those in need. 

Hopeyou will encourage your son/ward to take part in this meaningful campaign by donating canned food.  Donation boxes will be placed at the school entrances from Monday, 27th June, 2016 to Thursday, 30th June, 2016.  Please note that cash donation is welcome but entirely voluntary and no students will be forced to do so.

全「誠」罐膳心2016-壹罐壹膳心

本校今年參與由「惜食堂」舉辦的全「誠」罐膳心慈善活動，以創意、團隊精神及善心為香港需要食物援助的人士籌募善款及罐頭食物。該活動不僅為鼓勵學生捐贈善款及罐頭，更盼喚起他們對香港需要幫助人士的關心。學生通過發揮創意，利用募集之罐頭設計大型藝術品，作品展覽後，所有罐頭均捐予本地慈善機構，幫助有需要的人士。

贈人玫瑰手有餘香，誠盼 閣下鼓勵  貴子弟踴躍參與捐助，並將善款或符合要求之罐頭投入設於學校入口之收集箱內，活動時間為6月27日（星期一）至6月30日（星期四）。是次活動純屬自願參與，惟請注意是盼。

本校同學為響應「惜食堂」舉辦的全「誠」罐膳心慈善活動，在校內舉辦了「保羅『罐』善心」籌款活動。我們在活動中共籌得善款$4706.9，感謝各位老師及同學的慷慨解囊。有關善款已經全數用來購買罐頭食物。

為表達謝意及慶祝學校邁向165週年，同學們利用有關罐頭設計出「SPC 165」的藝術裝置在學校四樓平台展出。歡迎大家前往四樓平台參觀。

展覽結束後，所有罐頭將於7月12日捐予「惜食堂」。
