Unleashing Urban Visionaries: Form 5 Students Ignite Sustainable City 2030

The Urban Land Institute Hong Kong successfully concluded the Urban Plan Programme in March 2024!

This innovative program aimed to provide valuable insights and hands-on experience to Form 5 research students studying sustainability, empowering them to explore the world of urban planning.

Throughout the program, students participated in activities, workshops, and discussions on urban planning, sustainable development, and the challenges facing cities today.

The program's highlight was the grand finale during the SDG Action and Awareness Month, where class-based groups presented their urban plans to an enthusiastic audience. Congratulations to Form 5B for impressing the adjudicators with their innovative sky-high bicycle track on building rooftops!

We commend the dedication and hard work of all participating students, voluntary industry mentors, and organizers who contributed to the program's resounding success. Our gratitude goes to the Urban Land Institute Hong Kong for spearheading this impactful initiative and nurturing the passion for urban planning among our youth.
